These
graphics have been designed as backgrounds for both web pages
and desktops. Some are subtle, such as the marbled one used
throughout this site, and some are more detailed. These are
fairly unobtrusive backgrounds as (thankfully) web design
is moving towards graphical simplicity.
Instructions
on how to use them as both a desktop and web background are
contained on an example page for each, or there are further
tips about use of these graphics. Each
one of them is demonstrated on an example page.
Our
four major types of background are: Marble;
Ornate; and Parchment.
